Born in Soho, New York City,  in 1993​

1994 - 1998 cafe bari soho was a trendy espresso bar specializing in; à la carte sandwiches, fresh juices/smoothies, homemade desserts, and Italian-style coffee.  ​

This chic cafe was filled with top models, actors, New Yorkers, and tourists.

In 1998 cafe bari soho expanded by adding a second floor  of a  loft-like full service restaurant​. The spiral staircase that connects the cafe space to the restaurant  level was imported from Italy, while the unique floor of the restaurant loft was formed by an authentic Jerusalem stone imported from Israel.

By popular demand, in 2006 the ground floor of cafe bari soho was transformed from a cafe style, to a full service restaurant, expanding the second floor concept.

2007 - 2008 cafe bari soho added a twist - "Upstairs" night club.  Every night at 11pm the restaurant would turn into an exclusive night club, which was used to mainly entertain celebrity clientele and the upscale nightlife scene of NYC.  Upstairs was the #1 spot to be.

​Up to this date, cafe bari soho continues to work diligently on its tastes, service, and ambiance, and is a home for local New Yorkers as well as tourist shoppers.
